We accept patients 15 years of age an older. Patients are seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call (401) 725-3520. We do not see walk-ins, but we do try our best to accommodate sick persons with a same day visit.

After Hour Emergencies

Calls should be limited to medical emergencies. In the unfortunate event of an after office hour emergency, please report to the nearest emergency department.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. A $25 service fee may be charged for non-cancelled / no show appointments.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to know and understand the scope of your particular health care coverage. Please speak directly to your insurance company if you have any questions. If your insurance company requires you to elect a primary care physician, it must be done prior to your visit.

Payments/Bills

For those with insurance:
As a consumer, you must be aware of and understand your insurance provider and your plan of coverage. As healthcare providers, we will submit bills only to insurance companies for which we are participating providers. If your insurance company does not pay your claims, you then become financially responsible for payment. If you do not fully understand your health coverage plan, please contact your insurance company directly.

If we are not participating providers of your insurer, you are fully responsible for payment, in full, to this office. You may then submit your claims to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

For those without insurance:
Payment in full is due at the time of your visit. Bills not paid in full within 120 days are subject to being sent to a collection agency unless alternate arrangements are made. Our office accepts cash, check and most major credit cards.

Co-payments:
If your insurance company requires co-payments for service, these co-payments are due in full at the time of services rendered. It is unlawful for us to dismiss the co-payment, therefore, kindly pay in full.

Co-payments and deductibles are part of your contractual agreement with your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to know the accurate amount of these payments.

Medical Records

We use state-of-the-art electronic health records to help us provide the highest quality of care and to keep track of dates and diagnosis of treatments. We respect your privacy and keep all of your records confidential (please ask to see our HIPAA compliance manual).
